3. Advance Payments & Deposits
- All advance payments or deposits made to book services are non-refundable, but may be adjusted towards future services within 30 days.

5. Errors & Exceptions
- If any error or failure is proven to be from our side, DigitalPond.us will either:
- Re-deliver the service, OR
- Provide a partial credit that can be used for future projects.
